POSITION HIRING:

STUDIO ASSISTANT /FRONT DESK OPERATIONS / SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT


We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and highly detailed person to join our Thirdeye team. This person will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for keeping the client experience running smoothly while supporting the artists and owner with daily tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, artistic environment.
 


Key Responsibilities:
 

Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

  • Welcome and check in clients 

  • Manage the full appointment process: booking, rescheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Helping with daily studio tasks, opening and closing

  • Customer Service & Communication

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages.

  • Provide accurate information about artists, pricing, services, and availability.

  • Assist clients with questions and scheduling issues.
     

  • administrative & Organizational Tasks

  • Assist with inventory tracking, ordering supplies.

  • Help coordinate meetings, staff communications, and studio events.

  • Support management with administrative projects as needed.
     

  • Studio Assistance

  • Assist the owner with day-to-day operational tasks and special projects.

  • Communicate between the front desk and artists to ensure smooth client flow and time management.
     

  • Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Help manage and update the studio’s social media accounts.

  • Capture and organize photos and videos.

  • Blog post maintenance
     

  • Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.

  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.

  • Strong computer skills (email, booking software, social media, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Creative mindset with an eye for presentation, design, or marketing.

  • Must be comfortable in a studio setting and respectful of the artistry and clients.

  • Able to work collaboratively and support both artists and management.

  • Must be available through the week and some weekends.
     

  • Preferred Experience

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (tattoo, salon, or creative industry preferred).

  • Experience with social media management or content creation.

  • Familiarity with scheduling software, Wix, or similar tools.

  • Event coordination or retail experience a plus.
