Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment or using the Thirdeye Studio website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Booking

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking platforms.

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by service and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

• Failure to follow cancellation policies may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

​

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.

• No-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or require a new deposit for future bookings.

Age Requirements

• Some services are 18+ only. Valid government-issued ID may be required.

• Age requirements and consent policies vary by service and must be met at the time of appointment.

Service Eligibility

• Clients are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, contraindications, and pre-care instructions prior to booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is not a suitable candidate for a service.

Assumption of Risk & Medical Disclosure

 By booking an appointment or receiving any service at Thirdeye Studio, you acknowledge that body art, piercing, permanent makeup, cosmetic, and beauty services involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: infection, irritation, allergic reactions, scarring, migration, swelling, uneven results, dissatisfaction with appearance, or delayed healing.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with services provided.

Clients are solely responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions prior to receiving services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Diabetes

• Pregnancy or nursing

• Autoimmune or immune-related conditions

• Blood clotting disorders

• Skin conditions (including eczema, psoriasis, keloid scarring)

• Use of medications that may affect healing (including blood thinners, Accutane, steroids, or immunosuppressants)

Failure to disclose accurate medical information may increase risk and releases Thirdeye Studio from liability related to resulting complications.

Results & Expectations

• Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing.

• Touch-ups, corrective work, or additional sessions may require additional fees.

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided verbally, digitally, or in writing. Thirdeye Studio is not responsible for complications arising from improper aftercare, environmental exposure, trauma, swimming, sun exposure, or failure to follow instructions.

Healing times and final results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

 

Studio Policies

• Thirdeye Studio maintains a professional, respectful, and safe environment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates studio policies or behaves inappropriately.

Existing Piercings & Jewelry Change-Outs

Jewelry changes, downsizing, upgrades, and piercing check-ins are performed on existing piercings and may carry additional risks due to unknown piercing history, prior trauma, or jewelry previously worn.

​

Thirdeye Studio is not responsible for complications related to piercings not originally performed by our studio, including migration, rejection, irritation, or improper placement.

​

Jewelry brought from outside the studio may be assessed and refused if deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or incompatible.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, and branding are the property of Thirdeye Studio and may not be used without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thirdeye Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and artists shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

• Services performed

• Undisclosed or inaccurately disclosed medical conditions

• Individual healing responses

• Aftercare or lack thereof

• Pre-existing conditions

• Prior services or work performed outside of Thirdeye Studio

This limitation applies to all services, including appointments booked online, walk-ins, consultations, and follow-up services.

By booking an appointment, submitting an online form, or receiving services at Thirdeye Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including all policies related to liability, medical disclosure, and assumption of risk, whether or not a physical waiver has been signed at the time of service.
