Event Booking Deposit & Minimum
A $250 deposit is required to secure your private event date and time. This deposit:
Officially reserves your event on the Studio calendar
Applies toward your event balance
Is refundable to the Host only if the group minimum is met
Group Minimum
A minimum of $600 in total services must be met during the event.
• The $600 minimum may be met collectively by all attendees.
• Payments may be split among guests, it does not need to be one single transaction.
• If the minimum is met, the $250 deposit will be refunded to the Host or applied toward the Host’s services.
• If the minimum is not met, the $250 deposit is forfeited.
Service Pricing Overview
Final pricing is based on services selected at the event.
Ear Piercing
• $70 for first piercing per person
• $45 for each additional piercing per person
• Jewelry cost is additional and varies by piece
Permanent Jewelry
• Starts at $75
Tattoo Services
• Pricing varies based on size, placement, and artwork
• After booking, tattoo artists will contact clients directly to coordinate artwork and details
Guest Payments
Each guest is responsible for payment of their own services unless otherwise arranged by the Host. All payments contribute toward the group minimum.
Client Documentation
All guests receiving services must complete required Studio intake forms and service-specific consent and waiver forms prior to receiving services.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
The Host acknowledges that tattooing, ear piercing, and permanent jewelry services involve inherent risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, scarring, dissatisfaction with results, or healing complications.
The Host agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thirdeye Beauty & Wellness, LLC, its owners, artists, contractors, and staff from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or legal actions arising from:
Participation in the private event
Guest actions or behavior
Alcohol or substance consumption (if applicable)
Third-party vendors or attendees
Guest Behavior & Property Responsibility
The Host is responsible for the conduct of all guests. Any damage to Studio property caused by guests may be charged to the Host.
The Studio reserves the right to stop services or end the event if guest behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
Media Release
The Host grants Thirdeye Studio permission to capture photos or videos during the event for marketing and promotional purposes unless revoked in writing prior to the event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled by the Host. Rescheduling is subject to Studio availability and must be approved in writing.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement regarding on-site private events and may only be modified in writing.
