Service Description

- This is a request to book with Kelly, not a guaranteed appointment. - A $50 booking fee will be invoiced to you if your appointment is approved. - Kelly's focus is on medium to large scale tattoos. She will be focusing on flash designs and larger, detailed custom pieces as opposed to super simple tiny tattoos. - Please fill in all of your information and design requests on the booking form and Kelly will reach out to you. EMAIL: KELLY@THIRD-EYESTUDIO.COM Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response. MINIMUM TATTOO COST START AT $150 and go up from there. Pricing will be determined by size, placement and detail of tattoo.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable. All deposits could be transferred if you change your appointment date. PLEASE CONTACT AT LEAST 48 HOURS AHEAD FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES.
